Staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Doctors are very professional, takes time to see you and doesn’t rush the appointment. Highly recommend this medical centre.

The app is so easy to make appointment for everything at Picton Family Medical Centre, I never have to ring. My last visit was to have my 5th covid vaccination. The nurse was very friendly and informative. I didn’t feel the Pfizer injection and didn’t have any side affects. And congratulation to the decorators, the new colour scheme and paintings are lovely.

As previously posted…great practice! Just had another covid test & all being well will then have next vaccination. Really appreciate the service you provide, thank you. ‘I have attended Picton Family Medical Centre for over 10 years. My experience is of professional, friendly care not just from my own doctor but any other doctors I have seen and all staff members. In recent times of Covid I have had complete confidence in the testing & vaccination services provided. These are supportive and well organised. Regular facebook posts keep us up to date and well looked after. Thank you to Dr Pham and your team.’

Dr Anna was fantastic tonight. I rang last minute literally 5 minutes before closing after cutting the top of my finger. They did not hesitate to see me and took me straight in. Saving me from a lengthy emergency visit. Extremely grateful and highly recommended, thankyou!
